As you may know in our area of Connecticut we face many challenging factors with land including the dwindling number of buildable lots, increasing town regulations as well as issues with wetlands and rough terrain. That is why we offer our Site Selection Service to quantify the costs associated with developing a potential home site prior to closing. We have a team of Soil Scientists, Engineers and Surveyors that find the answers for you before we recommend a site.
Our fee structure for this service is $90/hour, half of which is applied toward a home package price if you choose to build with us.
