Quality Control
As general contractor Neil limits himself to a maximum of three houses that are under construction at any one time. He personally supervises and inspects each house (frequent on-site presence) in order to control quality, costs and proper communication with you about all aspects of your new home. Neil builds the homes as he built his own - with a passion for quality, comfort and style.
