Whether you select one of my current classic selections or a new custom design we will provide you with a firm price for the Home Package based on our current spec sheet, which can be viewed under our Colonial Package. We will discuss options available at this time and their related costs. We take the risk of future price increases from the suppliers.
There are two areas that have potential for cost over runs, wells and site work. We provide a generous allowance for the wells that should cover most situations. Site testing is done prior to lot acquisition. We will set an allowance based upon the test results .If this allowance is not fully utilized it will be credited back at the end of the project.
