Neil Perone's Experience:

BBA from Pace University with a major in Finance and Economics
Graduate of Citibank's Credit Analysis Unit (CAU)
Approved FNMAE Developer (Mid 70's- early 80's)
Stamford, CT: Developed two projects in Stamford CT (10 and 20 Units) Atlanta, GA: Developed two projects in Atlanta GA (20 and 42 units) as well as multiple single family homes and renovations.

After 15 years in the Finance/Banking Industry with companies such as Citibank, GE and CIT, Neil has returned to his first passion - home building. With strong financial analysis background, team building skills and prior development experience Neil is perfectly positioned to create quality homes for a select few families in CT.
